This is a yearly lease. Application must be filled out and approved before showing. Once application is approved you can pick up the key to see the apartment. If you like it you will need to put down a deposit the same amount as the rent to hold the apartment. If you back out and do not rent after putting down the deposit, you loose the deposit. You must sign a lease within 7 days of putting down the deposit.
